Court continues speeding ticket trial second time-How to defend?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Indiana
Here is the chronology of my case if anybody can help
6/29/08 Speeding ticket 55/40(pacing)
8/13/08 Pleaded not guilty. Trial is set for 09/11/08
Requested discovery notes.
Court reset the trial to 10/16/08 was informed on 09/04/08
09/12/08 filed motion to dismiss ticket due to long time for prosecution and no reasons to postpone, and filed change of address.
Relocated to Massachussets.
motion denied.
10/14/08 Traveled to indiana for bench trial on 10/16/08.
At the court I am informed that it has been again reschedule to 11/12/08 since the office did not apper or not available.
It seems the prosecutor filed motion on 9/10 that officer is not available.
Motion was granted by court on 14th just two days before the trial. And I was not informed also.

well no information is provided as to why the officer is not available and how do I find about it.
I have filed motion again to dismiss case in the interest of justice and lack of prosecution.
if motion get denied what are my chances since they keep postponing it.?

Appreciate your help.
