Question

Court date today

I was in court today to plead not guilty to my ticket for failure to stop. I have a picture showing the stop sign covered by a tree. now is this sufficient to have the citation dismissed or will I need to add more to my case? As mentioned in an earlier post this particular stop sign is over 6 feet from the curb (most stop signs are within 18 inches) should I bother bringing this point up in court. Thanks in advance.
