The cop used whiteout on a ticket when it doesn't matter because the carbon copies will have the original mistakes and the attempted corrections overlapping? Really?

I hope that the copy of the citation that received the "white out" treatment isn't YELLOW!!

I wonder if (attempted) forgery is a misdemeanor of a felony?
