What is the name of your state? Texas,
I received two violations on one ticket. One was for speeding, the other was for an unsafe lane change. Unfortunately I have taken defensive driving in the past 12 months, so I won't be able to have both violations deffered. I was told by a court clerk that I could appeal one of the tickets, but I don't know how to do this. Any help would be appreciated.

First, you have to have a reason for challenging the citation. Other than you can't afford the ticket or it will ruin your driving record, do you have any other reasons to challenge it?
