I recently received a speeding ticket on the highway...75mph in a 60mph zone. The police officer wrote in the signature field - "copy given to defendent". I'm wondering the legality of the ticket due to the fact that I didn't sign? I am guilty of speeding, but if Johnny Law didn't obey proper protocol, I'm fine with saving my wallet....
