Discovery request

What is the name of your state? MN

I've decided to try and fight my speeding ticket, more for the eduicational experience than anything else.

I have drafted up a request for discovery on some items I would need. However I can not find any state code or statutes to cite.

Closest thing I found was this Minnesota Rules 1400.6700.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?What is the name of your state?

well, I did some more digging and I think I found what I was looking for:

611.271 of Minnesota Statutes
Chapter 13 of Minnesota Statutes
and 1400.6700 of the Minnesota Rules

if anyone is curious.
