Was given a ticket for 12500(b)- no motorcylce endorsement, but infact I have one(a permit)

I am guilty of 12509(d) driving at night with a permit, but he didnt write that down he put " 12500(b) vc- motorcycle endorsement Req- Riding during darkness w/ Permit"

Can I get this ticket thrown out becasue I do have an endorsement and nothing in 12500 says anything about driving at night?

Dismissal?

Nope.

You were violating the restrictions of the learner's permit. During those hours, you do NOT have an endorsement.

You accepted the permit, you accepted the restrictions, you violated them knowing it was illegal.

Next case.
