On 6/4/02, I received a citation for stopping/parking in a bike lane.
On the citation the description of offense was listed as park in bike lane. I recently reviewed my DMV records, showing that I had 1 point, upon reviewal of the CVC listed, it was for driving in the bike lane, which is untrue. Is it possible to get a copy of the citation or police report at this late stage of the game? Can it be corrected? Any suggestions?
