due to the fact i had three tickets before i was 18 my last ticket was a recklase driving i went to court and got it dropped to improper driving due to faulty equipment i spent about 300 dollars getting my car fixed and showed the judge my recipt the prosecuter tried to suspend my lincence in court but the judge denied it. i live in virgina can i ask the dmv for a resticed lisense for my work and school purposes if so who do i contact.
