Question

Do I have to wear a seat belt?

What is the name of your state? Maryland

I know that it is state law to wear a seat belt. I know that it could save my life. My question is, can a Trooper pull me over in the State of MD simply for not wearing a seat belt? Is that enough probable cause for MSP? I hear some states they can, some they cant...I just wanna know whats up in Maryland.

**A: yes they can, and they can even demand that you get out of the vehcile and even search your vehicle if they have probable cause. So don't give them a reason.
