Do I need to attend court for speeding violation?

What is the name of your state? - IOWA

I got a IOWA UNIFORM CITATION AND COMPLAINT for speeding over 22 MPH on speeding limit. Do I need to attend the court even Iam ready to pay the fine?

You must go to court if you want to plead not guilty and have a trial OR if you have not paid the ticket before the court date.
