Does MD post out of state moving violations?

What is the name of your state? VA and MD

I'm originally from MD but just recently moved down to VA for work and still have my maryland license. I was pulled over cause I was going 86 in a 65 mph zone. this is my first offense and i have no idea what to do. the biggest thing running through my head is:

will maryland post those violations? and if they do, how does the points get transferred over VA?

can anyone help?
