Does race play a role? When giving warnings..

South Carolina

Just curious if it plays ANY KIND of role....

My personal opinion is that it does- in all scenarios- white and black officers.

My response:

When it comes to White people, no. When it comes to Black people, certainly not.

But, when it comes to Hispanics, I have an urge to hand them a lawnmower.

Type of violation and attitude has a lot to do with issuing a citation, not the driver's race.
