don't want to lose liscence-

6 months ago I plead guilty to 79 in a 70 mph zone. Recently I got 2 more tickets- one for 70 in a 55 and the other for 54 in a 45. To tickets greater that 50 mph within 1 year will cause me to lose my liscence. What should I plea and what are my options when I appear in court?

My response:

Say "bu-bye" to your license (by the way, that's the proper spelling).

Being a senior member with over 11000 posts, you obviously have too much time on your hands or you are a loser. I am an engineer and have a life so please don't waste my time entertaining yourself.

My response:

Now, what is it that's upsetting you ?

1. Saying that your license will be yanked ?

2. Correcting your spelling ?

Both are correct. So, what's the problem ?

And yes, I am a loser. Make you happy ?

Who cares what you think ?

You're the one who's losing a driver's license, Mr. Engineer !

Toot, toot !

I am an engineer and I have a life. I don't have speeding tickets like you and my license is intact.

You give engineers a bad name.

I hate to say this, but I think you're dead. Here you probably wouldn't have gotten the 9 over tickets, but since you already plead guilty to one and one's a 15 over, and they don't care what it is as long as it's over 50 I have a feeling you're out of options. I don't know if NC does this but you could possibly try for a provisional license so you can at least get to work. One mild possibility that I just thought of. See how far back you can get your court date pushed back. See if you can get a few continuances. If you can get one dropped and push the other past the 6 month mark you've got a shot. You're probably going to want a lawyer for this and it would probably be a good idea to talk to one anyway. BTW, I'd move out of that state at your earliest opportunity. They're way too ticky about this.
