What is the name of your state? California

Last night, I was too tired to drive so my boyfriend was driving us back. He then got a speeding ticket for going 40 in a 25 zone. My question is that, because I am the owner of the car, will my car insurance rate go up or will the ticket show up on my record?

Thanks,

Ali

A moving violation goes on the driver's record, not the owner's.
