MICHIGAN........................Now we have what they call DRIVER RESPONSIBLITY FEE which is bogus.........I got pulled over for improper plates twice.........the first time I got a 1,000$ D.R.F. for failing to stop, which I never got pulled over for. then, the second time I got a 200$D.R.F. for improper plates.............so how did the first one happen to be for failure to stop??????????? do not drive I drove illegaly for 6 months, finally I pushed to far, now I have nine points on my license, and still owe the Michigan department of treasury over 800$ for fee's.
