I live in the state of NC. My liscence was suspended a yr ago because of a wreck I had and not having insurance. So my problem is I never paid for the girls car I hit. Well anyway, my license got suspended. I have a got a catch 22. The collection agency wants $500 a month until I pay off the wreck. The thing is I cannot pay them unless I do have a license so I can go to work. So the question is, Do I file bankrupcty in order to pay for the wreck or do I try to talk to them to lower the payments so I can pay them. Please help
