Drivers Liscense

What is the name of your state?Alabama
this is quite complicated so i will try to make it as short as i can in 1997 my husband got charges of wreckless driveing and alludeing the police brought againsts him it was clearly bogus charges and the judge dropped them but due to a clerkial error these charges got sent to the DMV and as a result he lost his license(I do have a copy of the paperwork the judge signed to drop charges) Now he has got a ticket in the same city for driveing without a license of course he has spoke to the judge and the DMV about the previous charges and the DMV says speak to the court the court says speak to the DMV well now the judge tells him since he shouldn't have got his license taken he has untill sept 1st to get them back and he will drop the charges but we can't get them back with the previous charges and another ticket for driveing with no liscense on them what in the world can we do since these charges had been dropped and never should've been on his record i am stuck LOL Please Help!!!

It seems you have tried everyone else, now try the District Attorney. The DA is actually the one who can continue with this craziness, or stop it.
