Driving on a expired licence

What is the name of your state? New Mexico


I was wondering what the fine would be seeing that I have to see a judge. The officer that pulled me over told me to just renew it but I cant do to out of state tickets. So if anyone could help me out with advise it would help. Thanks Erich NM

Usually the general answer is up to a thousand dollar fine or a year in jail or a combination thereof, plus, of course, even more points onto your license.

This might be a silly question, but how much do you owe in out of state tickets?
