Driving Record for Traffic Court

What is the name of your state? Virginia


I am a Pennsylvania resident, I received I reckless driving ticket in Virginia for giong 77 in a 55. My court date is in about three weeks. I am guilty and plan pleady guilty. This is my first offense and hope that this will help keep my sentence to a minimum. Is it necessary for me to obtain my own copy of my PA driving record to show to the court or will the court have some kind of record already.
I sent in a request for a record already but I am currently over seas and I am afraid that the request will not get to PA and be processed before my court date. Thanks for any advice.

what's the point of pleading guilty to a reckless charge?? this is the worst case scenario anyway

do your best to have it reduced to a speeding violation (plea of bargain, talk to an attorney)
