Driving Record (what info does the traf crt pros. have?)

I live in NJ,

I've looked through the posts in here and didn't find any info on this. Does anyone know what information the prosecuter has on your driving record? I once had a 4 point speading (violation 39:4-98.19) amended to an unsafe driving (believe its 39:4-97.2). Is the unsafe driving still considered a moving violation and will the prosecutor or judge know that this was amended down? Your knowledge would be greatly appreciated.
