it was 1030 and i was getting on to the 105 freeway headed east. I was merging into the first lane and there was a diesel truck behind me enough to merge. The truck kept going i pressed on the brakes and veryed to the shoulder in order to avoid an accident. The cop who pulled me over was parked up ahead on the should when i got back in the lane he follewd me and pulled me over. I told him i was in the shoulder to avoid an accident and he told me he didn't see what happened before and all he seen was me in the shoulder through his rear view mirror. What are the chances i have to fight and win this in court?
