What is the name of your state? NH

I was arrested for driving while under suspension.
The case was dismissed.
I want to get the arrest annuled, but it is not on my Motor Vechicle/Drivers Record.
What should I do?

You can't have an arrest annulled, that only applies to marriages. If the arrest is not on your driving record, whats the problem?
