i was at traffic court for present tickets when i was notified about a 1997 ticket for driving without a license i do not recall getting the ticket it is now 2001, reguardless is there a statute of limitatations? should i get a lawyer i don't want to lose my license ,which at the present is still valid.philadelphia,pa. traffic laws?

Ah Ms. Zoe -- get a lawyer. A friend of ours just got 1 year jail time for driving on a revoked license in Maryland -- take no chances with your freedom.
