I am in SC. Is an Habitual Driving Under Suspension offence a felony? When Im completing job applications Im not sure how to answer the question whether or not I have been convicted of a felony.

It depends, if you got the habitual offender status for multiple driving under suspension, no. The habitual offender part isn't a crime in it's own right, it's just a status you're placed because of the earlier misdemeanor driving under suspension.

HOWEVER! If you were caught driving while your driving privs were removed because of your habitual offender status, then YES it is a felony.
