Question

dws

recieved letter from dmv oregon stating that licence would be suspended if i didn't clear a ticket. cleared ticket, took paperwork to dmv, clerk said "all good." four days later licence was suspended. two weeks later got pulled over informed of suspension, vehicle impounded, ect. went to court, had the dmv clerk who cleared the pending, she testified that it shouldn't have happened, they don't know why it did. judge said that no matter if i should have been suspended or not, i was, and i was driving, so guilty!!! i want to appeal this but in my little "good ole boy" town i'm not sure if it will do any good. is this right? am i wrong? is this just a blatant profit scheme in the mayberry i live in? need help fast, only have 30 days. 2.23.02 somebody? anybody? please?
2.27.02 If anyone has any ideas they would be much appreciated. Failure to get this overturned will cost me a 5 year revocation. Need to appeal, don't know how.
