What is the name of your state? Washington

I received a ticket for no seat belt. I was wearing my seat belt, but understand why the officer thought otherwise.

Here is my question.

The officer entered the violation date as 5-25-06. But below the officer entered the date I signed the ticket as 5-24-06. The day before the violation date.

Anyone have any thoughts if this technical discrepancy might help me beat this citation?

Thanks for any help. What is the name of your state?

Do you have proof you were someplace else on that date?

Well even if you do, the judge will just ignore the error unless you are lucky.
