Enradd QuestionWhat is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? PA I got a speeding ticket on Route 222 Lancaster yesterday. The claim is I was doing 76 in a 55 zone (Not true, IMHO). Four lane highway in heavy traffic. PO said I was the last in line!! Question: the ticket states that the "Date Equip. Tested " (section #57) was the date of the ticket...08/11/09. Is this possible? I intend to plead not guilty and have found this site and previous posts VERY helpful! Thanks for your help! |

| Yes, they could have had it cal the same day when they wrote tickets. However, the officer is required to produce the original Cal Certification from the Test station if you choose to challenge the ticket. It just happens that the company who makes and Cal the ENRADD unit is in Lancaster, the officer could have pick it up the same day and used it.
