Ok, i got caught in an ENRADD speed trap. I got caught doing 49 in a 20. Thats 5pt and $167.50 I need major help. I just mailed my not guilty plea this morning. I was searching the treads, and came across the state code. It stated that the officer had to mark wether I am a juvinile or not, and if so that he had to mark wether he contacted my parents. I am only 16, almost 17. Also he did call my parents, and he failed to mark that on my citation. Is there anything else i should know? Please help.
