An incorrect address is not cause to have a citation dismissed. And the state block would only be filled in if the drivers license was from out of state, it is taken that the license is issued in the state that the citation was received if left blank. All the court will have as far as proof that the radar unit certification was valid will be the citation report written by the citing officer. It will state the radar unit serial number and date of certification. There is a very small chance that the unit was out of certification. You can ask to see the report but a lot of it will be in police shorthand (they use a lot of abbreviations and initials) and is not very easy for an average person to decipher. Good luck.

how they clocked me?

on my ticket it states that i was speeding, 66 in a 55. it then has a box to mark rather it was radar or laser.

do they have to mark the method that they clocked me with, rather radar, laser or paced?

if there is no method marked, would it hold up to fight the ticket?

Here is something FUNNY!!!!!!!!!

Do you remember that first kiss? The way that your toes curled? Those dreamy eyes?
You just couldn’t stop thinking about them? Seemed like forever every time that you were apart?

That’s the same “jerk” and “SOB” that you are here whining about now!!!!!
