I was cited yesterday in New York City for an illegal right turn. The summons says "disobeyed sign no right turn 8A-8P".
The signs (there are 4 of them) actually read "no right turn 7A-7P"
Is the fact that the officer made this mistake give me solid ground on which to challenge the summons?
