| | | i live in Indiana and recieved a speeding ticket in which the officer wrote a different road then what i was on when he pulled me over..... i was actually never even on or close to the road he wrote. if i go to the court date will i be able to have the ticket dropped and will i have to pay court costs? |

| | | Were you on the road he listed when he first noticed you speeding? An officer can pull you over miles away from where he saw an infraction take place. If you were never on the road, that would be enough to have the citation dropped. There are usually never any court cost associated with traffic court. | |
