| | Errors on Ticket What is the name of your state? Minnesota. The officer sited the location of the violation, the 2200 block, and claimed that I was doing 63 in a 35 mph zone. There is a stop sign there and I did stop, btw. The officer also stated that he clocked me from 405 feet away. Although he was actually at the 2700 block, or a 1/4 mile away, from where he said he saw me. Also in his notes he stated that there where two speed limit signs, when there was only one. Are these inaccuaracies enough to get the ticket dismissed? |

| | | My guess, probably no. You can get the charge lowered, but not dismissed. If you want to really fight it, you have to come up with a much better strategy, than just minor discrepancies. | |
