What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California

A friend of mine was on her way to work this morning when pulled over with the following:

Solo in the Carpool lane
Speed in excess of 65mph (93mph)
Loud Exhaust
Failure to provide proof of insurance

Assuming she can't fix the exhaust, or furnish proof of insurance, how much might she be looking at?
