What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? West Virginia

Okay, I got in a wreck 2 years ago. A single car wreck the power steering went out, plus, wet road I hit a bridge. My record doesn't have a speed not posted speed nor violation number, but the cop said don't worry about it I just have to write this out incase it goes to the insurance. well it was never reported so 6months later my license is suspended because of it. when it wasn't suppose to have even been filed. I went down to the court house and paid my ticket. court cost and everything. will now I cant get driving jobs because I have that on my record within the last 5 years. is there anything I can do?
