Failed to Stop Red Arrow

What is the name of your state? Colorado

What is the law on running a red light or arrow?
The light was yellow when I entered the intersection, what are my rights?

I'm reading from the link I provided above and I can't find where it is okay to enter the intersection on a yellow. It states you can enter on a green as long as you do it cautiously and yield to pedestrians.....
