I live in Maryland and my friend got into an accident that wasn't his fault but he was driving on a permit. He never changed his address when he moved between the date he got the ticket and when he got the court date. So he got the court date to late, now we checked his record online ahd ut saud failure to appear suspension. I get that, that means his permit is suspended and he wont be able to get a license for awhile, but what does he do. He missed his second court date too. Because he wasn't aware of it, so is he going to have a warrent out for his arrest? Or can he go to the court house and clear this up and not go to jail?
