Unhappy

I received a ticket 3/30/96 with ct dt of 4/22/96 and failed to appear. The officer put a mans first name on the ticket that was totally different than mine but put my ssn, middle and last name, address and description of car was on there. I also signed it (in my name). Isn't a traffic ticket considered a legal document? Is there a way that I can get this dropped? I'm in OKLAHOMA.

There was enough valid information on the ticket to make it legal. You did not state if it was now causing problems but you will have to make everything right now. 5 years after getting a ticket is a little late to contest it.
