"Failure to keep right" and "85 mph@ 65 mph" citation at MA 459 HW on May 21, 2014
What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Massachusetts
while I just passing right car and stay in synchronization with the left lane of traffic I got Pulled over by state patroller and issue me "Failure to keep right" and "85 mph@ 65 mph"
The officer do ask me what speed I was driving, why and what (I did mentioned no idea and I am going to A for an appointment at b --I knew he tried to tricked me for conviction so I answer the irrelevantly to his question)
please help to contest this in the civil court.
