I received a citation for failure to obey traffic control device. What happened was, I did stop at stop sign, but then proceeded and ending up hitting a car (first accident in 30 years). Accident was definitely my fault. No excuses. Just didn't see the car till I actually hit it. (Looking the other way, maybe?) Anyway, do I plead guilty to failure to obey? Even the officer stated that I know you probably did stop at the stop sign, but we have to give you this as it was your fault?
