Hi,
I got ticket in Jersey City, NJ (Failure to observe signal ) when I was druving through intersection on yellow light.
Cop said it was red light already. Please advise what chances I have
if I go to court and dispute this. Can I save at least points?

On the ticket also is written to call 7 days before if want to plead not gealty,
otherwise second visit might be necessary. Is it true?
