hi, got a speeding ticket in wayland town, Steuben county, new york state. I was speeding 82 in 65 zone. court date to send response by mail was 25th september but i failed to respond back. What should i do to resolve this. I am willing to pay fine and get it closed. My license is of Pennsylvania. Would it be fine if i drive in New york state before i close the ticket. If license is suspended how will i come to know of it.

If i fail to respond do they send any communication by mail to my home address with court decision and penalty amount?

Not enough time has elapsed for your driving privilege to be suspended.

Contact the court immediately and speak to someone there about answering the ticket.
