Exclamation

New Mexico,
I was driving at 45 mph in a 40 mph limit and given a ticket. The officer claims that I was going 54 mph. I admited to going 45 mph and he changed the ticket to match. But I became very suspicious so I asked him if I could see the radar gun and he said that he already cleared it trying to clock someone else. I beleve that he is trying to pull one on me hopeing that I will just take the ticket. Is it possible to give a ticket with out proof.

The officer has proof. Your admittance of guilt going 5 miles over the posted speed limit. Case closed.
