What is the name of your state? tx

Additional info: the subsequent arrest resulted in the passenger being arrested(the detective's concern in the matter) and the driver being charged with possesion of marijuana(in the car),
under 2 grams which was found during an inventory of the vehicle. the detective's arrest report states that he had the vehicle pulled over after witnessing a number of traffic violations.
this is the essence of the question as to whether the driver
can beat the case due to the unlawful stop for failure to signal.
