What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? New York

I was given a ticket for making a right turn on Jan 2010 (no right turn posted, I did see it). The office issue the summon but put the incorrect date on it. He put date after the violation. I pleaded not guilty on the summons and mailed it certified mail.

Now I got a notice to appear in court on Mar 2011. I have not moved since the summon and this is the frist and only time I got a replay for the local court to appear.

Can someone let my know what acting to take.

Thank you

Show up at the scheduled court date. You must enact your right to a speedy trial, it is not automatic. It is likely too late to do anything now.
