Fake License

What is the name of your state? NY

A friend of mine has an employee that was stopped for speeding in NJ. He was doing 78 in a 50 speed limit. When he was stopped, he presented a fake license. He was arrested and is now in jail. He has court on Monday. He cannot post bail since it is $7000. Is there a way that his empoyee can get bail lowered? Also, what would be the worst that will happen to him?

Not now - the bail hearing was the time to argue the amount.

Well, I'm no psychic, but I would think being raped by a few 300 pound dudes in the jailhouse shower would probably be the worst thing.
