Fight failure to drive in a single lane ticket

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Texas

I got a ticket on failure to drive in a single lane. Questions:
1. Does the officer has to have a picture of me failure to drive in a single lane ticket at that time as evidence? Can officer's own witness serve as his evidence?
2. I was always driving in a sing lane at that time. So whose words the judge will trust? The officer's word or my word.

Thanks. What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

1) Officer doesn't have to have a picture.

2) Ok, you are biased. Officer is not. Additionally, the officer will offer expert testimony...what have you got to offer?

Google: Speeding Ticket--Fighting or Plea Bargaining
Going to the Table of Contents and clicking on S6-YOUR BASIC RIGHTS will give you what those rights are.
It also gives an overview of how the court system is run even though the website is geared towards a speeding citation defence.
Every cited driver by contesting a ticket is simply asking the court to prove that the violation occurred or dismiss the ticket.

A book published by NOLO on fighting traffic tickets and likely available at a library tells how to contest a traffic ticket.

Observing a day in court before an appearance and consulting with a lawyer may help in preparing a defense.
(Some attorneys will give a one time consultation for free and others charge a nominal fee ($50.00)
The court may have a brochure or have a website on their rules .

What is the number and complete description of the violation you were cited with?

Best Regards,
Hey There
