I recently moved from California to Arizona. I received a ticket for a tail light out while I was moving in California. I thought I could have an officer in Arizona sign for it.
I was wrong, it had to be California officer. Long story short, the ticket is now in collections & I really do not have $335.
Is there any way for me to fight this a this point ? and what can really happen if I do not pay it ?
I already have a new drivers licsence here in AZ, altho I have not registered my truck here yet.
Thank youWhat is the name of your state?

Q: Is there any way for me to fight this a this point ?

A: No; you should've done that when you first got it.

Q: and what can really happen if I do not pay it ?

A: You can really get your driver's license suspended.
