First and last names reversed on summons

What is the name of your state?VA- My speeding ticket gives an incorrect name on the "Virginia Uniform Summons" [the first and last names are reversed] This was confirmed by going to the online prepay site-www.courts.state.va.us where the case is also listed under the same wrong name. My name is correct on my license and registration. My question- Is a summons with an incorrect name [not simply misspelled] a valid legal summons for which I must appear or pay the fine? If they issued a warrant in that name, would it be valid for arresting me?
