What is the name of your state? Georgia

What is a First Offender Plea?

Can it be used?

What are benefits over a no-low plea?

A first offender plea means this is the first time you have ever gotten caught for doing something wrong and are pleading guilty.

A nolo contendre plea means that you do not contest what the charge says you did and you agree that a jury would find you guilty.

I do not know if there are any particular benefits of one over the other.
